The Key Dollar Separators have been in use for over 20 years. The first unit sold was in 1980 and is still in use today, 2 hours per day. After 5 years we traded bearings to see how they were holding up, that is now 15 years ago, and the bearings are still fine. We have replaced the bottom roller with our new 11ga. stainless steel or 3.17 m.m. thick screen. The unit uses only a 1/2-hp electric motor. There are many separators on the market, but very few offers the benefits of the Key Dollar Separators.

A machine for the Abbott Lab in Chicago, to produce surfaction (a sterile T-316L) with a stainless knockdown, cleanable machine, and explosion proof for their lab. To replace the hand process of producing surfaction by hand squeezing canvas bags.

A crab shell compactor for Vanson LLC. Dewatering the shell to be ground in to powder. The end product is Chitin, being used in the fat absorption pills, and many lotions.

A 6 deck shaker grader for grading buckshot coming from the smelter. This is a new shot to replace lead. It is heavier than lead and magnetic. Uses steel, nickel and titanium. Shot has been tested to be 10% better than what is now available. Also built a roll size grader to permit sizing the shot to .020 grade increments.

We are blessed in our area to have several packing companies, which include Chiquita Foods, Treetop, Blue Mt. Growers, Brown and Sons, and Stadelman Foods. We fabricate for them and help if they have a break down. Our latest project is making parts for front-end loaders on 4-wheel drive ATV's.
